Ikea nightstands makover

My first DIY in Canada!

The first apartment we moved into was a furnished one, but lacked proper nightstands. I decided to buy a couple bare wood ones from Ikea and paint them. I also really wanted a kinda carved wood look, but while lacking wood carving skills (which I did aquire later), I decided to glue on a design made of wood flowers from Dollarama.

I spray painted the legs with gold, but honestly, you can't really see it's gold, because of the angle you usually look at the nightstands.

Anyway, turned out pretty nice.
