Y'all!
If you still don't use a checklist while packing your backpack for an overnight mission - you definitely should start using one!
Below you can find the packing list I have compiled for my backpacking trips and that I rely on not to forget anything while headed to backcountry. It is in a simple text format and is easy to copy from. In case you're interested in models of specific gear I use, check out the What's In My Backpack blog post.
I suggest you don't treat it as an ultimate packing list, as it is very specific to my needs and the trails I usually head to. But I thought it could be useful for others to see an example of a real packing list with a bunch of real small but important items.
Besides that you can copy and modify it for your needs, it can give your brain food for thought and chances are you'll come up with your own small, yet important items you don't want to leave home without.
I exported the list from Packing List - the app I use for packing checklist, hence the format 😁
I really love Packing List and use its packing lists for any kind of trips - you can see my review of this awesome little app in this blog post.
